Lobby System
Listing
Search, filter, and join public Arsenal lobbies.
After Discord sign-in, Lobby opens on the listing: a live table of rooms plus the social sidebar.
The list refreshes on its own every few seconds. Click Refresh to fetch immediately.
Toolbar

| Search | Filter by lobby name or host name. Placeholder: Search by lobby or host name.... Ctrl + F focuses the field. Escape clears it |
| Filter | Opens Filter Lobbies. The button stays highlighted while filters are active |

The toolbar is disabled while the list is loading or in an error state.
List
The header shows the lobby count. Click the name column to sort ascending, descending, or clear the sort.
Up to 20 lobbies per page. Use the page chevrons when there is more than one page.
Row layout

| Body | Lobby name, region badge, host name (with clan tag and role) |
| Difficulty | Icon. Hover for the level name |
| Players | Current / maximum. Full rooms are marked and cannot be joined |

Filters
Filter Lobbies / Select which lobbies to display.

Apply Filters sends the selection to the server and resets to page 1. Reset Filters is available when anything is active.

Join
- Click the join arrow on a row
- If the room is password protected, enter the password in Password Required and click Join
- Wait for Joining lobby...
| Problem | Message |
|---|---|
| Room gone | This lobby no longer exists or has been closed. |
| Full | This lobby is full. |
| Banned from that room | You are banned from this lobby and cannot rejoin. |
| Wrong password / other | Failed to join the lobby. Please try again. |
| Server timeout | Server not responding |
A successful join opens the room.
